Jack Williams Coaching provides personalised business and life coaching services tailored to individual client needs. The nature and structure of each coaching engagement will be determined on a case-by-case basis and agreed upon in writing.

2. Fees and Payment
‍

• Fees for coaching sessions are tailored to each client’s unique requirements and will be confirmed in writing before any services commence.
• Payments must be made in full before the session unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other agreed payment methods.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
• Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice will be eligible for a 100% refund or an alternative session date.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will be charged at 100% of the session fee.
• No-shows will be considered as last-minute cancellations and are not eligible for refunds.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment.
• Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions during and after coaching sessions.
• Full participation and commitment to agreed actions are necessary for effective coaching results.

5. Confidentiality

• All information shared during coaching sessions will remain confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.
• Written consent will be obtained before sharing any client information for testimonials or marketing purposes.

6. Liability
‍

• Jack Williams Coaching provides guidance and support; however, clients accept full responsibility for their own decisions and outcomes.
• The Wellness Way Limited and Jack Williams Coaching are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the coaching process.

• These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes in advance.
